The service was improved from the last time I was a patient. Mainly being that all staff came and said hello when they came on shift, told me their name and asked my name with a smile. I felt I knew everyone. Daily meetings were organised and so were activities every day.
Thank you for making my stay feel comfortable and safe.

It was really good because I was able to talk about some of the issues I was experiencing and was able to seek help. I always felt I had someone to talk to regarding my issues with mental illness.

-Activities on ward (tai chi, gym etc).
-Garden area with football.
-Varied meals and good portion size.
-Cleanliness.
-Comfortable bedrooms.
-Allowed certain amount of independence (unescorted and escorted leave).
-More sports/exercise groups.
-Bigger variety of lunch options.
-More contact with doctors.
